18F is a digital consultancy within the United States Government within the Technology Transformation Service at GSA. At 18F, I have worked as a product manager/innovation specialist and am now the acting Director of Product. I manage a team of 15 senior product managers and support our strategic organizational work on the senior management team. My focus in the last year has been to grow our state and local practice. While at 18F I have led innovation teams within FNS SNAP (Food Stamps), Department of Energy Nuclear National Security Administration (reducing trafficking of nuclear materials, globally), 10x (an innovation incubator) and the State of Vermont’s Medicaid/Medicare system & integrated eligibility and benefit enrollment efforts.
